Ty Fastovsky, Managing Principal, Asia Pacific

Mr. Fastovsky is a Managing Principal in charge of the Asia Pacific region for Trascent. He provides project management and client relationship expertise in the delivery of outsourcing services, organizational effectiveness and re-design and performance improvement. He has particular expertise in real estate, project management and facilities management (RE/PM/FM) outsourcing, capacity planning, financial analysis and benchmarking.

Mr. Fastovsky holds a Master of Business Administration, MBA, degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business (NYU) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.  He is a member of CoreNet Global and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).

Mr. Fastovsky has over 18 years of consulting, financial services and manufacturing experience. Since he joined Trascent in 2007, Mr. Fastovsky led multiple RFP efforts for clients and negotiated over $3 billion of total contract value in global RE/PM/FM agreements in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. He represented Fortune 100 manufacturing companies in first generation global FM and PM outsourcing in North America, Europe and Asia consisting of $1.25B and $750M in total contract spend.

Mr. Fastovsky represented a variety of Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies in global FM and PM benchmarking assessment, outsourcing and new campus initiatives in North America, Europe and Asia consisting of over $1.0 billion in total contract spend.

Mr. Fastovsky conducted a fleet benchmarking assessment for a fleet of 1,000+ vehicles and $30 million in annual spend that helped define the go-to-market strategy for the client. He also conducted a benchmarking assessment and the development of next-generation contract renewal negotiations with an incumbent RE/PM/FM supplier for a global technology company, representing $250M in total FM spend and $150M in project spend.

A broad selection of financial services companies across Asia and North America have been represented by Mr. Fastovsky. These projects range from RFP for first generation pan-Asia IFM contracting, to outsourcing, contract and pricing assessment, business case and renegotiation and innovation implementation, amassing in over $800M spend.
