The big drivers of change in 2025 for the corporate real estate sector will be driven by the requirements of their internal clients, business customers, and business units. We see a big shift in supply chain priorities, consumer segments and in technology enablement of services. Therefore, corporate real estate will have to:

  1. Become much more flexible and nimble in terms of responding to client needs.
  2. Offer technology enabled services for a richer experience as well as greater efficiency.
  3. Develop much stronger data analytics and data management capabilities.

How can CRE leaders prepare themselves for the challenges and opportunities ahead?

CRE leaders can better meet the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead by building stronger relationships with business units and key executives and building the strategies that meet internal client requirements. To do this, CRE leaders will have to harness the right talent, leadership, technology, data and the right partners to help deliver these objectives.
