Rakesh Kishan is a Managing Principal for the Americas and EMEA regions and is a recognized authority in corporate real estate (CRE), bringing decades of experience to his role at Trascent. He has spent years advising blue-chip clients on global, enterprise-wide CRE initiatives designed to strengthen organization effectiveness and create greater value to clients while simultaneously increasing their efficiency and innovation in facilities management. As a long-standing leader in CRE, he is widely credited with setting industry standards and defining best practices that help organizations navigate an ever-evolving corporate landscape. Today, Rakesh continues to apply his skills in his current role where he advises major corporations in virtually all aspects of the outsourcing life cycle.
Rakesh regularly contributes to many industry and top tier publications on issues related to corporate real estate, facilities management and outsourcing. He has presented at and written for numerous industry organizations and publications worldwide and is the Chairman of the annual, industry-leading Trascent Global Strategic CRE Conferences.
Rakesh holds a Master in Business from Columbia University, Master in Government from the University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from the University of Delhi.
