FAQs for Joining the Trascent Consulting team

Trascent’s interview process involves a combination of case interviews and experience interviews. For your interview, you will have separate case and experience interviews and may have a single combined case/experience interview.

We value the case interview process as a means for us to get to know each other better. It is a chance for you to show us how you think through a real business problem and for us to give you an example of the kind of work we see every day and how you structure and organize your solution approach.

We also want to gain an understanding of your interest in Trascent and the overall industry in which we practice. Additional questions would include asking you to describe your actions in past experiences in the context of a critical consultant skill and applying sound business judgement.
