As a Managing Director at Trascent, Stuart Langdon brings the benefit of 25 years’ experience in workplace and facilities management, sustainability, performance management, supplier relationship management and governance across diverse and global portfolios. His expertise encompasses semiconductors, technology, manufacturing, offices and HQ’s, among other CRE subspecialties. Today, Stuart leads the company’s Operational Excellence practice overseeing next generation outsourcing strategies, supplier governance, performance management and data analytics related to portfolio and facilities management, leveraging his expertise in global supplier sourcing strategies, RFP implementation, transition and transformation to effectively meet and, often surpass client goals.
Stuart is passionate about driving transformation in workplace experience and sustainability. At Trascent, Stuart leverages his extensive insights and experience to help clients with their next generation strategies, advising them on how to effectively navigate todays complexities and execute their transformation goals.
Stuart holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from University of the West of England Bristol (UWE) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science in Facilities Management from UWE Bristol.
