Trascent Managing Director Nate Erpestad has over 17 years of engineering, industry, outsourcing, and advisory experience. Throughout his career, Nate has advised global organizations across all regions and industries in building and evolving successful corporate real estate and facilities management programs. Nate’s specific subject matter expertise includes strategy development, contract model and term structure, governance design, performance metrics and analytics, negotiations and program implementation.
Nate has a successful track record of helping clients structure and implement global programs that address short term opportunities and fulfil long term goals, both operational and financial. He has negotiated over $7 billion in total contract volume, resulting in contractual savings of over $700 million, across the span of his career.
Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
