Jeff Weidenborner is a Managing Director with Trascent. He has an international track record helping organizations leverage corporate real estate to support business initiatives, drive strategic outcomes and capture savings. Over his 25+ years in corporate real estate, he has been involved in hundreds of real estate outsourcing RFPs, negotiated complex MSAs and transitioned and led account teams across multiple service lines and geographies. His subject matter expertise includes global real estate supplier intelligence, Real Estate go to market strategies, organizational assessments and governance best practices.
Prior to Trascent, Jeff negotiated, implemented and managed global real estate outsourcing agreements at some of the largest global commercial real estate service firms, including Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, JCI, JLL and Savills.
Jeff earned CoreNet Global’s MCR and SLCR designations, is a longstanding member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (“IAMC”) and has been quoted in various publications about his views on corporate real estate. Jeff graduated from Roanoke College with a BA in International Relations, lived abroad for over a decade and speaks Mandarin.
