Diego Sierra is a Senior Director of Trascent Management Consulting with over 20 years of experience in consulting, operations, and project management. He supports many clients in all facets of the facilities management outsourcing lifecycle across various industries, including bio-pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), high technology, publishing, retail, food & beverage, etc. In his current role, Diego has helped design, negotiate and implement initiatives totalling nearly $3 Billion of contract volume across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
Prior to joining Trascent, Diego was a Senior Process Engineer at Target Corporation, where he performed advanced statistical analysis on the impact of operational changes and managed execution teams that provided support to project deliverables. He also served as Senior Project Manager for Taylor Corporation, where he led several initiatives to improve manufacturing outsourcing efforts.
