Trascent Managing Director David Jones is a recognized authority in real estate and facilities outsourcing for multinational corporations and an early influencer in the globalization of corporate real estate since 1998.
In his role at Trascent, David leverages over 35 years’ experience providing strategic advice at the C-level and brings together an extensive personal network of relationships with multi-regional, multi-functional account teams worldwide to solve client issues and best meet client needs.
David serves as the global lead SME for Real Estate at Trascent, drawing on worldwide experience in occupier and capital markets, sales and leasing, strategic portfolio management, property management, and lease administration.
Prior to joining Trascent, David had senior leadership roles at service provider companies, including CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
David holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from Portsmouth University, UK. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an active Member of CoreNet Global, serving as Chair of the Singapore Chapter. David is a regular guest speaker, panelist and moderator at industry events and conferences.
