Bryan Gilmartin is a Managing Director at Trascent and Chief Operating Officer of Trascent Arabia. At Trascent, Bryan leads corporate real estate and facilities management (CRE/FM) advisory projects in all regions of the globe. His specific expertise lies within program management, creating collaborative sourcing events, outsourcing negotiations and the large-scale implementation and BAU governance of such outsourcing agreements.
As COO of Trascent Arabia, Bryan leads the country’s operations with the responsibility for maintaining the highest standards of service delivery across client accounts. He also plays a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top-tier talent in the Gulf region to support Trascent Arabia’s growth in the region.
Bryan has over 10 years of experience in CRE/FM advisory consulting. His professional career began as an analyst with Trascent.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Management from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
