Stuart Langdon, Managing Director
Stuart Langdon is a Managing Director of Trascent and a member of the firm’s leadership team. Mr. Langdon leads Trascent’s practice of supplier governance and performance analytics related to portfolio and facilities management performance. He brings significant experience in outsourcing, governance, KPI frameworks and supplier relationship management in diverse settings from chip manufacturing to software hubs and office HQ. He is an expert in supplier sourcing strategies, RFP implementation, transition and supplier governance at a global level across highly complex portfolios in multi-divisional enterprise structures.
Mr. Langdon holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from University of the West of England Bristol (UWE) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In addition, he holds a Master of Science in Facilities Management from UWE Bristol.
Prior to Trascent, Mr. Langdon was at Honeywell where he was responsible for integrated facilities management (IFM) globally across Honeywell (~1000 sites). He was responsible for setting global IFM strategy and delivery framework and leading global IFM transformation and deployment of standard processes and procedures. He oversaw IFM supplier management including multi-region IFM RFP and supplier transitions. Mr. Langdon brings expertise in driving continuous improvements in organizational efficiency, service levels, operating costs, energy and sustainability and quality and safety. Mr. Langdon developed global governance and data analytics capability for Honeywell.
Prior to Honeywell, Mr. Langdon was with International Rectifier (acquired by Infineon), a semiconductor company, where he had global responsibilities for facilities management, EH&S, procurement and factory planning. Part of his responsibilities included critical asset maintenance excellence and capex optimization strategies.
