Yvonne Liu, Global Marketing Director

Yvonne Liu is Global Marketing Director at Trascent. Yvonne oversees Trascent’s global marketing, media, content, communications, public relations, Trascent Global Conferences and other events activities. She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and PR strategies for Trascent across four primary markets – Americas, Europe, APAC and Emerging Markets. Yvonne is highly interested in building brand equity for Trascent through its services, client value, case studies and thought leadership. Yvonne has engaged with reporters, social media and Trascent’s e-outreach activities to build a strong website and social media presence for Trascent. Under her leadership, Trascent followers on social media have more than doubled in 3 years.

Given Trascent’s focus on Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management, Yvonne also recognizes the impact marketing and brand development can have on Corporate Real Estate organizations. She is very interested in how CRE / FM leaders need to build a credible brand development strategy within their corporate organizations.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from New York University.

Experience Snapshot

Ms. Liu develops, executes and manages the firm’s global strategic and tactical marketing plan and initiatives. This has included the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives including, digital marketing, branding, lead generation, advertising, content development, public relations, client/sales messaging, SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, conferences, speaking opportunities and industry event participation. Through these initiatives she has driven Trascent’s status as a leading thought leader in the marketplace.

Ms. Liu works closely with senior management, sales and other departments to define and drive key business development propositions, using a targeted mix of marketing and communications programs. In addition, she leads the public relations program, establishing media relationships and driving global marketing launches to establish internal and external readiness. Moreover she is responsible for developing the firm’s own events and annual conferences in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, which are now recognised as the industry’s leading end-user conferences; having brought together over 150 of the world’s Fortune 500 companies to share insights and learn best practices.
